  Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and items are placed logically. Prices are a bit high, but you're paying for the great service, not just your groceries.

  This location in particular has steadily been on the decline. From lack of product availability to poor customer service.
  Today Friday 2/24/2017 @ 830pm I called the deli to place a sub order. The lady tells me it'll be ready in 30 minutes. I show up at 915 pm and arrive to a messy workstation one sub was ready however it wasn't mine.
  The woman then asked me if I'm at the right location because there is no order under my name. She found the order after several minutes of back and forth and asked me if I still wanted the sub.
  I was disgusted since all the employees at the deli were not busy and my sub wasn't ready along her ignorant attitude. I told no and will never return to this location.
  I recommend the one off US 17 in Winter Haven.
