  Called in an order for two 12 oz Ribeyes. One medium the other medium rare. When I picked them up I was shocked by the $49.77 price tag. They'd charged me $2 for each "extra" side. These aren't Filet Mignon. When we got home, both steaks were rare. My boyfriend's broccoli was almost raw. The fries were soggy. My steak after about 3 bites I noticed smelled funny. So we called the store and took the steaks back. The employee tried to argue with me about the temperature of the steaks. I was dumbfounded that a place that charges that much for steaks doesn't know how to cook them. I can't stand Manny's ownership but I would damn sure go there before I would ever go to Jesse's. They did give us a refund after trying to tell us we were lying. Neither one of us are our steak. My boyfriend have even put his in the microwave before he cut into it. Still rare. Horrible customer service.

  Good. Ate here twice. I feel like this place is a knockoff of fire in Downtown Winter Haven. I think this place is good just to have some drinks and hang out with friends food is alright staff is friendly.... this is not high end... if you want this type of feel with a higher end sense go to fire in Winter Haven
